LIZ LOGIE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
At Liz Logie, we mean it when we say we want women to look and feel fabulous in our clothes. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see our return/exchange policy below.
Returns: Liz Logie gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with all tags attached for a full refund within 14 days of the original shipping date. Please complete the Return/Exchange Form included in your order and return it with the merchandise. All returns will be refunded to the original credit card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you would like an exchange please complete the Returns/Exchange Form included in your package within 14 days of the original shipping date. We will process this as a new order and charge the original credit card for the exchange, unless new details are given. All exchange orders receive FREE shipping.
To expedite your return or exchange:
Please pack the merchandise securely and insure the package for the
appropriate value. (We do not accept responsibility for lost packages or damaged
packages that we do not ship ourselves.) Returns and exchanges must be
sent back to us within 14 days of the original shipping date.

Once your package has been received at Liz Logie, LLC your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction.
